CareerGrow.Coach Online Program Satisfaction Guarantee
We fundamentally believe that our program is a valuable career management resource. We also believe that, like most things in life, what you put in will determine what you get out. If you complete the online program in earnest and in full and find that you are unsatisfied with the value it contained, you may request a refund within thirty days of program completion (being when you first click Done in the final module). In order to apply for a refund, you must contact us at support@careergrow.coach and let us know your date of purchase and reason/s for requesting a refund. You must also show us (by granting access to your Journal document, for example) that you have completed the program in full first before requesting a refund on these grounds. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Technology peace of mind
We thoroughly test our programs before release. And in the (unlikely) event of a technical glitch, we will always do our utmost to rectify any issues swiftly and in a manner that minimises inconvenience to our customers. We will honour refund requests where customers are unable to complete our online program because we cannot rectify a major technical defect within 10 business days of it being reported to and verified by our Support Team (support@careergrow.coach).
Cancellation
You can cancel your CareerGrow.Coach account at any time, however we do not offer full or partial refunds for unused access periods. To request a cancellation, please email our Support Team at support@careergrow.coach.
Return of Gift Vouchers
CareerGrow.Coach Gift Vouchers are not eligible for return or refund, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws or regulations.
Important to note
The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations. There may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products, however these limits will always be subject to your statutory rights.
