What is CareerGrow.Coach?
It’s an online program that mirrors the face to face career coaching process. Developed from over 3,000 hours of coaching experience, CareerGrow.Coach provides you with a self-paced and cost effective alternative to face to face coaching.
How it works and what it costs
The program costs AU$290. It contains seven self-paced modules which guide you through our tried and trusted coaching process to get to the essence of what really matters to you in your career. You’ll have (up to) 12 weeks to complete the online program. Learn more.

What you’ll take away from the CareerGrow.Coach online program is a set of five tangible tools to help you actively manage your career on an ongoing basis.
- A one-page Career GPS summarising all the factors that you identify as being critical to your career decisions
- A timeline that helps you to feel confident about your future
- A network map to facilitate the change you decide upon
- An action plan for making that change a reality
- Your online journal, so that you can revisit any insights and ideas you captured throughout the program.
