The CareerGrow program was developed by Jane Holliday and Jill Livesey, two seasoned senior organisational and career coaches. They spent 18 months analysing over 3,000 hours of career coaching experience, and drawing on academic research and best practice, to develop the CareerGrow process.
How long will it take me to complete the online program?
It’s entirely self-paced, and it takes around four hours. Do it in one sitting, over several days or even a few weeks. It’s up to you.
What do I take away from the online program?
Five tangible tools that together give you a really straightforward technique for actively managing your career on an ongoing basis. After all, career management is a lifelong skill, not a one off event.
- A one-page Career GPS summarising all the factors that you identify as being critical to your career decisions
- A timeline that helps you to feel confident about your future
- A network map to facilitate the change you decide upon
- An action plan for making that change a reality
- Your online journal, so that you can revisit any important insights or ideas that came to you as you worked through the program.

Firefox has a technical issue which is causing the following error message on IOS devices: “You seem to be using an older version of your browser. To check out with PayPal, please upgrade to the latest version.” This message appears even with the latest version of the browser. We have reported the issue to Firefox. In the meantime, please use Safari (which comes standard with IOS devices) or Google Chrome to make your purchase. Do you offer face to face coaching?
Yes, founders Jill and Jane take on a limited number of private clients for one on one coaching. This is offered as four x 1 hour sessions in person (in Sydney) or by Skype (for other locations), conducted over a four week period. For how long is my Gift Voucher valid?
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. In order to redeem the voucher, you’ll need to register for a CareerGrow.Coach account. Once you register, you have 12 weeks to complete the program.
